Give a Cheer
I cut up an entire paper pad for this project and layered the duplicate designs with foam adhesive to create flower clusters with lots of dimension to decorate the simple solid-colored envelopes I chose to use for the album pages. I applied just a touch of Sugar Glitter and some Clear Acrylic Bubbles to the cover of the album to add some subtle sparkle and shine.
