Give a Cheer
The Oz Wicked Witch is absolutely gorgeous, and a card with her is perfect for a good friend. I started the card with the stencil Strobes and some Distress Oxide (Peeled Paint) to create a suitable background for this witch. I stamped the sentiment with Memento Ink at the bottom of the panel, and framed it with a fine liner pen and some black cardstock. Since I had already coloured and die cut the witch and the flame, I could just add them to the background with some 3D-foam before I attached everything to a card base. Hocus Pocus!
