First, I traced, cut, and adhered the black and white plaid paper onto the cutting board base. Using an X-Acto knife, I carefully cleaned up the edges. After securing the paper, I inked the edges with black ink for a defined look. Next, I applied white chalk paint, smudging it lightly across the cutting board to enhance its texture and visual appeal. For the shaker element, I used Shamrock and Fruit Punch Stickles to cover the top part of the shaker piece. While I allowed that to dry, I proceeded by tracing, cutting, and gluing the base of the strawberry shaker to the chipboard base. I filled the shaker with resin strawberries, as well as red, pink, green, and white pearls from Queen & Co, along with various green and silver beads.fter attaching the shaker to the cutting board, I embellished it further with leftover flowers, die cuts from the Graphic 45 collection, colored beads, and cabochons.
