I first applied the Pops of Color with a palette knife to the card stock and allowed it to dry. While waiting for the Pops of Color to dry I colored the stamped image with coordinating colors. After drying, I sprayed the Tsukineko Glimmer Mist Spray. To finish the card, I drew gold lines to frame the image and sentiment.
