April Card Sketch Challenge #3

My last card for this month's challenge, it is for sketch #3.

I created the BG on the scalloped panel (a scrap piece of white card) using distress oxide inks, white acrylic paint and craft scissors. I die cut the flowers and grasses using textured panels from my stash. The BG paper is by Funky Fossil.
