Give a Cheer
This is all done with the layer-it-up washi tape and dies by AALL & Create.
I layered up parts of the image, then dies cut them.
The single rose is layered and cut out.
The word 'Rose' is done by adding a strip of the washi to card, then die-cutting with an alphabet die.
