I made the background using a stencil (TCW), distress crayons (TH), ink ( CP-splatters), stencil butter (circles). The punched mat and title are pieces of blue vellum (HOTP). Circle pp - Lawn Fawn; punch -WRMK; alphas -Thickers; stickers - clouds Paper Studio. The dots are silver foil dots from the alpha set.
