Give a Cheer
This card came together really quickly - I simply die cut some of the Baby Shower papers from Brutus Monroe with a dies from my stash. I stamped image from the Winnie and Friends stampset onto die cut circle using Raven Detail ink. I colored the image using OLO marker. I layered all the die cut pieces onto Phonebook cardstock. For a finishing touch I added a few glitter enamel dots in coordinating colors.
