Give a Cheer
I trimmed the photo to the size I wanted then traced it on the cardstockk where I wanted it. I then measured 1/2 in. on each side and traced it again to use as a cutting guide. After cutting the rectangle I flipped it and attached both pieces of cardstock to a base. I cut a cream rectangle, rounded the edges to match the photo and decided to place it diagonally. To mimic the lace under Santa I cut pieces from a doily and place it under the photo and cream mat. The gingham tag was trimmed to fit better, attached with adhesive, then secured with a fabric brad. The red plaid is a strip of washi tape. The title was cut from gold glitter vinyl because vinyl works much better than cardstock for delicate fonts. I eyeballed the letters' placement, and finally wrote the date under the photo.
