Give a Cheer
Using patterned scrapbook paper cut a 3 piece into three 1 x 4-1/2 strips spaced approximately 1/8 apart on a 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 piece of cardstock. Base card is 5-1/2 x 4-1/4. Ribbon is wrapped around and tied in a flat knot before gluing to base card. Sentiment is heat embossed in gold and cut with a stitched circle die.
