Give a Cheer
I had 3/4 of the streamer background so I cut 2 8x8 squares of bright green and blue. I placed the green square over the part of the base that was missing. I cut the blue squr in half and placed it over the bottom left of the green square. I then cut an orange triangle (1/2 of the blue) and placed it over the blue triangle. I then cut a a 5.5" sq. light pink photo mat and 6.25" sq. from dark pink. I placed the matted photo slightly off center. After playing with how large a circle I wanted behind the square, I used the slice tool to only make the parts that would show to not waste cardstock and adhered them 1" from the edge of the dark pink square. The title was cut from dark purple vinyl and placed last letter of the bottom word first and working my way up. The cupcake was from Hobby Lobby and was used because the name of the base is Cupcake and it goes with the "sweeter" title. I made the pattern for the hearts using a paper piercing tool that rolls but you can do it freehand with a needle or paper piercer or using a cut heart as a guide.
