Give a Cheer
I masked off abstract shapes on my stencil and inked up the different sections in a variety of colors. Then I used those same inks to watercolor my image. I outlined the masked off edges with a sparkle pen and stamped my sentiment diagonally across the center. Then I cut the whole panel out with a deckle edge die and popped up my girly.
