Give a Cheer
I've used a fantastic Birthday Coverplate for this birthday card from Whimsy Stamps and used a really gorgeous Chartreuse cardstock from Cardstock Warehouse. It's such a fun and zingy green and worked really nicely with the bokeh paper I used in the background which is from the Whimsy Stamps BOOkeh Paper Pack. I layered the Chartreuse panel over a matt black cardstock layer before adding it to the BOOkeh paper base. I finished the design off with a couple of party hats taken from Whimsy's Doggie Birthday Party 2 Stamp Set. I used some of my leftover red tinted Rock Candy Glitter to add a little sparkle to the trim on the hats and the card was complete.
