One of my favorite ways to get more value from a stamp set is finding creative ways to use the leftover pieces. Large 6" x 8" stamp sets with coordinating washi tape often include 2 large stamps featuring many floral images, leaving you with plenty of extra bouquets after completing a project. Rather than saving those pieces for another day, I challenged myself to use three leftover floral clusters from a previous card and build an entirely new design around them.
The challenge was that all three bouquets were nearly the same size. Without a larger image to anchor the design, there wasn't an obvious focal point. Instead, I embraced the symmetry and arranged all three bouquets across a mini slimline card, allowing each floral cluster to share the spotlight. I also discovered another creative use for the Starry Scallops Coverplate Die by double-cutting it and taking advantage of the beautifully embossed circles it creates when run through the die-cut machine with extra pressure. The result is a clean, dimensional card that stretches your supplies while showcasing every beautiful detail of the floral images.
