Give a Cheer
I stamped the image with an embossing ink pad and put black embossing powder over it and heated it with a heat gun....THEN I colored it in with Copic Markers. I matted it when finished.
I cut many circles out using my Cricut and Fabulous Finds cartridge. Lastly, I stamped a butterfly using the same technique and colored that in with copic markers as well.
