I have a video on my YT channel for this card. I cannot tell you how simple this was to make yet how elegant it came out. I did some very fast water coloring for the background and used the LOVE YOU die from @scrapbookcom with the holographic paper to give it a beautiful glow. Instead of the heart in the LOVE word, I used a patterned butterfly die cut for some extra fun. I finished the card with some black pops of color dots.
