Give a Cheer
I wanted a masculine card for Father's Day and a few birthdays coming up. I enjoyed doing a feminine faux shutter card and decided to try one out for the guys. This one is much easier than the first one I made because it uses a cover die to make the shutter front. The stitching is a nice detail, too. I found a couple of images online that had a book/library theme. The bookcase, stack of books and the easy chair were printed on matte photo paper. The two smaller images were fussy cut. I like using digital images and papers because they can be resized to fit any size card or scrapbook page.
