Give a Cheer
I started with an embossed card base which I used a 3D Sizzix Embossing Folder called Confetti Hearts to create. I stencilled the design and then diecut it with the matching heart die, popped it up on foam and added it to the embossed card base. I finished the design with a diecut sentiment from CZ Designs.
