Give a Cheer
The umbrella paper was the first one I chose due to one of the photos. I wanted to do something different than just vertical or horizontal. I had a red square so I cut in in half and placed the triangles across from each other on the 2 pages. I placed the printed paper next to it and made a rectangle, leaving 1/4 inch of white between the shapes. By placing the yellow/orange, blue and green cardstocks next to the shapes already there, leaving the white border in between helped me determine where to cut the paper and/or adjust the slant of the paper to make the border consistent. After completing the right page, I did the left using 2 pieces of printed paper and different sized triangles. Photos were matte in black to stand out. A title was cut from black vinyl, and 3 umbrella die cuts were made with Cricut and placed on the top, right side.
