Give a Cheer
Card is 6 x 5 inches, matted with gold glossy and black card.
I embossed the black card. The embossing folder I have is a cut and emboss. The little areas where the gold peeps through is what it cuts.
I cut the Asian tassel from red card and glued it to my card. I added pale green pearls and a pale green gem (DP) to the center of the symbol.
For the inside of my card:
I added some dark green and light green pp to my card (Stampin Up). I added a white mat to the bottom for writing.
I made the pop-up piece from black card. It measures 1" x 4". I scored the strip of black card every 1 inch (portrait or short side). I folded the scored lines. I folded the piece in half. I placed glue on the outside of the first section, placed the piece (still folded in half) in the center crease of my card and closed my card. I opened the card and placed glue on the last section (outside), made sure it was still folded in half and positioned in the center of my card crease, and closed my card.
I die cut two dragons, one from gold glossy and one from holographic gold. I glued one dragon to the card and one to the black pop-up box. The holographic gold flashes green and purples on the scales when you move the card back and forth.)
I added a pale green gem to the mouth of the popped-up dragon (I took some scotch tape, cut a thin strip and placed it on the back of the gem. I then taped the gem to the back side of the mouth of the dragon.
I added a few gems to the white card.
