I've almost used up the first pack of Altenew's Brushed Silver card stock and I needed this second pack. It's beautiful and the perfect weight. If you struggle with etch lines from the cutting plates on the foil surface, just replace the clear plate with a cutting mat. I discovered this a long time ago.
It cuts beautifully and the Brushed Silver has never let me down. Thanks Altenew and thanks Scrapbook!
I can't speak to how this cuts, but it's cardstock. I don't expect there to be any great difference. But I did want to write a review and say how stunned I was at the softness and smoothness to the look of this cardstock. I have not bought metallic papers online before and was pleasantly surprised. I wanted the brushed gold as well, but it was out of stock. I am the odd man out I guess because I don't care for gold so this I am more than happy with for a long time. This has such a smoothness to it that it is hard to explain other than softened butter how it looks so smooth when it's slightly melted together.
I love cutting out die shapes with this lovely silver cardstock — everything from leaves to “Peace” for holiday cards.

Is this a very shiny silver or more of a dull silver?
