I love this cardstock and it is hard to find. I use it when making my own scrapbooks. Usually they measure 11" X 10" so the core of the scrapbook needs to be sturdy. This cardstock works perfect.
I love the thickness of this paper.There are so many different mediums I can use when creating a scrapbook page.
I purchased thick cardstock to use as a base for my Christmas ornaments. Love it!
I have been purchasing paper products, mainly cardstock from Bazzill for a very long time, more than 15 years. They have the best cardstock you can buy. I make all of my cards handmade for every occasion and holiday. Normal cardstock is great, but a lot of it regardless of the brand or you buy it or use Bazzill, can be a little difficult since regular cardstock is a lot lower weight and my cards want to bend or not hold a lot of embellishments. This 110 lb. weight cardstock from Bazzill is perfect for card bases. I am now almost finished with my 4th of July cards using this heavyweight cardstock, and they sure look great!
I cut this paper in half and use it for my base when creating 6 x 6 mixed media cards. It's the heaviest paper I have found.
This paper is great quality. I like to make cards and this paper will be perfect. I would highly recommend this product and scrapbook.com for your stamping supp!ies.
I love using Bazzill papers for my crafting. They never disappoint.

Hi. Normal cardstock is 110 lb weight. This extra thick cardstock is probably around 200 lb weight however I noted that the weight is not on the package or on the individual sheets. I am going by the feel of the paper. You could email American Crafts as they are now the supplier of Bazzil cardstock to find out for sure.

I am new to scrapbooking, so I have a question. I want to use the Brazzill card stock in white for the background on all my pages. Do y'all recommend the double thick or the textured that comes in the value packs? The scrapbooks will be a collection of my children's growing up years from birth to high school,graduation if that is helpful, so the books will not be small. I want to use 12x12 sheets. Thank you!

Is this paper smooth or textured on both sides?

Typically Bazill papers are textured on one side and smooth on the other.

Can you use mix media on this paper? Oxide Inks, gesso, water colors?

As this is quite thick it should hold up fairly well to some mixed medium. It would likely work better when gesso is used first.
