I found these before I found the Scrap-Rack system. They work well by themselves but be aware that the rings will come loose if you put too much weight on them. I found the "spinder sleeves" to alleviate that issue.
I think this is a budget friendly solution to where to put all your 12x12 paper / sheet protectors. Plus, I can add it to the Scrap Rack once I purchase one.
These are getting hard to find anywhere and some of my old ones needed replacements.
