I haven't used these but bought them for my 10 yr old niece who is learning to make cards. The price was right and I'd read many good reviews of them.
GREAT QUALITY AND SMOOTH COLORING...... BRIGHTLY COLORED PENCILS
I ordered 6 sets. Was debating 5 or 6. Sounds greedy doesn't it. They were out of the green nature set for myself. These are lovely to work with for card making. On super sale today HELPED a lot with my choice to go with 6. I'm gifting 5 so that's the story behind it all. A set for a friend who loves to color & I even print out pages for her. Then I'm gifting a huge selection of bundled card making supplies. I hadn't provided any coloring media. Not ink pads, not pencils not even my favorite chalk pastels. So here along comes these pencils & 2 packs of mini ink pads for 1 dollar each. A no brainer to add to the over the top bundle. (Bundle includes 2 die machines, loads of cardstock, weeding tools, heat embossing tools & powders and inks. Just about EVERYTHING a group could enjoy together. Colorista pencils are a new find that so far are performing well. They blend very nicely. Each set has beautiful colors without any duplicates. The floral set has a variety of colors perfect for coloring flowers.

Just wondering if they can be used with water or are they just coloring pencils.

Hello! These are wax-based pencils designed for dry layering and shading, so they are not water-soluble and cannot be used with water.
