True peacock color and (IMO) matches what you see on the cover of the pad. Deep green/blue color. This pad is foam and pretty juicy upon arrival. The color inks up my rubber and photopolymer stamps with ease. I recommend purchasing the refill at the same time so you will always have the ink on hand. Very pleased with product.
