I have never found refills for these. I believe we're to use this die set link to die cut our own pages. I don't have this set, but from the measurements of the large rectangle die, it looks like folded in half, it would fit in the square journal. It's part of the Hinged to the Past collection. Don't know if this answer helps you or not.
