This is my favorite collection from 49 and Market. I love the already-in-place deign to frame the photograph. It is so easy to add some ephemera or chipboard pieces to give the page dimension; add a title and journaling and you have a beautiful page!

I had to have the 12x12 as I am in love with this collection and know that once it is gone it is gone but honestly thinking what am I going to do with it as I have already made a folio with it and cards with the smaller pack.. I guess I will just be a crafting hoarder and hold onto it for future projects or as a collector of this gorgeous design and cardstock!
Exactly as ordered shipped in great condition it is so pretty and versatile I will be able to use in all my crafty projects.
