  I had high hopes for this product. Lisa,Horton is a beautiful artist and her products are the wonderful sagey green color. This is my first Lisa Horton product.
  The packaging is outstanding. They are making sure it arrives safely and intact. When opening the box and unwrapping this wonderful piece of equipment, I tried the bag. It is sturdy and a great place to store the machine and art items needed for a project. A snap on one side did not work. To be fair, I did call and report it. It has been 2 days and I am still waiting to hear back for that resolution.
  When unwrapping, I was excited to see a tacky mat and a rotating grid template, however, THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS!! Zero, zip, nadda one!! Since I am new to the rotating mat, I went to YouTube to find a video. No such luck with the new ulti-mate 2 design. BUT, it did point out, if you bought it separately, it came with a stabilizing board. This unit did not come with that and it does indeed dip when using a larger stamp or stamping in the middle of the work area. So now I will need to purchase that stabilizer board to fix that problem. Also, no instructions for the sticky mat...again a new product for me. Can I use stamp cleaner on it? Rubbing alcohol? If I get a lot of hair from pets on it, how do I clean it off or is it ruined?
  I really, really wanted to love this. It is my favorite color. The lack of instructions have left me pretty frustrated. I have spent over 2 hours looking up YouTube videos hoping for some good instructions on the rotation grid. I DID find helpful videos on the peg stencil tool.
  I am waiting a couple days to see if my disappointment goes down. Am I being unreasonable about the stabeling mat and no instructions. There is a brief description of what tools are encluded on this product on the back of the box.
  I am not new to paper crafting but am new to the sticky mat and rotating grid. Perhaps someone with prior experience with a sticky mat and a rotating grid will find this product delightful. I, being a newbie to those, find this frustrating since I am not able to take it out of the box and use it immediately
  CONCLUSION: I Did get ahold of customer care. They took care of my issues quickly and to my standards. Once I got a hold of someone else, they were excellent to work with.
