I love this punch. It is easy to use and adds just the right touch.

I hadn't even used this punch for very long, and the rubber piece down inside (that makes the punch come back up,) popped up and came out, can't figure out how to get it fixed and am very unhappy because it was a great size and like the lacy effect. It didn't work for very long. Hopefully I just happened to get a lemon and others don't have this trouble.
