This 1.9 ounce jar of Black Rainbow Paper Glitz is from Picket Fence Studios. Paper Glitz is a glitter-based medium. It is made from glitter, mica, and other raw materials. There are 5 to 7 shades of glitter and mica used for each color. This Paper Glitz can be used alone or with Paper Glaze and Paper Glaze Enhancer (sold separately). Paper Glitz can be applied with a palette knife or a sponge. It will adhere to most surfaces when dry. Note: Stir before each use for the highest level of shine and sparkle. This product is made in the USA.
