The White Heavy Gesso from Prima is so versatile that it's difficult to limit its usefulness! This white, opaque, matte ground acrylic works well as a primer for most surfaces including canvas, wood, metal, chipboard, plastic and more. Gesso is water-based, but permanent and flexible after drying. Try mixing it with pigments or acrylic paints to create a range of colors. Included is one 17 fl. oz. jar of gesso that dries quickly, and is non-toxic and archival-safe.
