I purchased two of this set specifically for the Numbers. I needed to stamp the Year from 1921 through 2021 for a special 100th Birthday card. This set was the closest I could find for the size I needed. I set up my stamp platform for the first test, stamping 2021. To my Horror the Zero was smaller than the numbers, I tried the lower case 'O' and it too was smaller than the numbers. This set does NOT include the number ZERO, it includes two different styles of the lower case letter O. So if you are looking for a stamp set to stamp numbers and you need number Zero, this set is NOT for you. Other than this issue , the stamps are of good quality.
This set coupled with the upper case letters are the perfect combo to personalize my cards. I really like making something that stands out from something you can buy in the store and this helped!

What is the actual size of these lower case letters. I am looking for 1/2� . I am making farmhouse books and the thickness of the book is 3/4�

Yes, they are around 1/2”. Some letters will be shorter depending on ascenders/descenders, but these and the uppercase companion set are around 1/2” tall. They will work perfectly for your project! 🙂
