Oh. My. Goodness!! Do I ever love this magnetic mat! When not in use as a cutting mat the Plus (9x15) is used to house my dies for whatever project I am working on and so far (knock on wood) I've not lost the first piece. What a fantastic deal.
Also love the Scout (3.5 x 9) magnetic magic mat since many of the dies I use fits nicely on the mats, saving me space and having to pull out the larger die cutting platform.

A really great tool! Magic magnets hold dies precisely in place much much better than the original Sizzix magnetic platform which does not always hold dies exactly where you put them. Magnetic magic mat is more convenient than mint tape for holding dies on the mat. . When precision placement is required, the Magnetic magic mat is your best friend. Highly recommend.

What used to be both fun and a chore/headache (aka, die cutting) has in an instant become both fun and amazing because of this new magnetic magic mat! Adding 'magnetic' to the magic mat has stepped up the die cut process to a whole new level, I'd say near heavenly :) (I look forward to a magnetic magic mat for my new Scout :) ) TY!!!

I like how the mat works but after a short period of use the mat was badly damaged. I am afraid to try the heat gun because the surface has risen up and buckled. It looks like it was melted but has not been near heat. I have emailed the company but had no response back. I would appreciate feed back to weather and try the heat gun or what. It was put through my Gina K Designs Intri-Cut Die Cutting Machine.

Just when I thought the Magic Mat couldn’t get any better! The Magnetic Magic Mat is a game changer…again! I just spent 2 days die cutting for an event and didn’t use one piece of tape to hold my dies down. The magnetic hold isn’t as strong as I was hoping for but the dies don’t move when cutting so who am I to complain. The dies hold stronger when laid cutting side up and you could do that with intricate dies that aren’t stamped images with a regular Magic Mat as your top plate.

I got this to use in my Stampin' Up die cutter and it make die cutting so much easier. The plates catch more easily now that I replaced one clear plate with this. It is not super magnetic, but holds strongly enough to get the top plate on there before I send the sandwich through. Glad I bought this.

This is a replacement for my first magnetic mat. The coating on it buckled up. Granted, it was after many uses. But not so many. I like how it works but I'm disappointed that it doesn't last.

Yessssss, I was absolutely excited when these were available. I was one customer who requested this. I love the magic mat and that these can be used together instead of a hard plastic plate. I love the Empress machine by Anna Griffin especially because it came with the magnetic plate. Now SBC has this magnificent magnetic mat that I can use in other machines it is absolutely great. Magnetized mat is ingenious. I don’t use as much tape to hold my dies in place. Running the die through die cutting machine surprisingly leaves an impression in the magnetized mat. No big deal just a surprise. I’ve used it six times and will continue to use it. Will recommend to friends. Great product!!

The magnetic mat is ok. I have a Big Shot Switch and the small mat takes a little effort to get it to work well. I had hoped that it would hold my small die pieces but it does not. I'm still having to use mint tape. It works fine on the larger dies. I'm hoping that when the larger mats come in, I will be happier.

Hello. Stacking various magnetic plates would not be recommended. But the regular Magic Mat can be used with the Big Shot.

Hello! Depending on your use, it is recommended to have the paper between the magnetic mat and the die to hold the paper in place. However, if you find that the die cutting away from the magnetic mat is better for you, that could also work.
