Why do the pen drain around the tip? Can I refill the pens? I wrote on about 8 papers fully before the pen is empty.

Can you use these to colour with copics or watercolour pencils or paint if drawing an outline and colouring inside. Will pen smear?

On slick paper, alcohol markers will smear, watercolor pencil and acrylic paint don't .
what is the measurement of the tip... like .05 etc?
