I was happy to see something new. I did a super hero party and this was perfect
I used the superhero sticker and the town background on a Batman card for my 4 year old grand son, it looked great .

I am the yearbook coordinator at our elementary school here in Phoenix. Our theme this year is superheroes and we my students design the pages of the yearbook. I was looking for some ideas/shortcuts to help us with our designs. My question is, if we purchase this item, would we be able to use it in our publication? Thank you!

Yes you can use stickers in your publication, as they are intended to be used by a third-party. I believe the sticker manufacture pays the royalties for use. This is however a legal question, so if you're very concerned you could contact the manufacturer directly.
