Hi, I just purchased a Better Press Plate, "Always You Timeless Sentiments". Are there dies to cut these out?

Not a professional answer, but it appears there are individual press plates for each of the sentiments. On the Spellbinders website, the samples appear to be cut out with die cut tags or by freehand as they don't follow the actual letters of the press plate sentiment.
