Allow for easy die cutting Sizzix chemically-etched and wafer-thin dies Thinlits, Framelits and Triplits with the Mini Aqua Cutting Pads by Sizzix. These cutting pads, also known as cutting mats, are designed for use with the Sidekick machine sold separately and they measure 4.875" x 2.5". Included in the package are two cutting pads that each measure 4 78" x 2 12" x 18".
I do not have a new sidekick, I have the old red one, I was so happy these worked so great in it! O look forward to getting the new embossing plate too : )
I ordered this mini cutting pad set to replace several sets that I have worn out. I use for scrap booking pages and much card making and this mini Sidekick is quick and easy to crab for a fast small die. Love the convenience!
Great addition to my original red sidekick machine.
I have the old red side kick, but it wouldn't work for the thin dies. These aqua cutting pads are a little thicker than the clear ones; now, I can use my old side kick for the thin dies too. I'm a happy camper.
It is great to be able to use my sidekick for smaller thinlet dies.
I have been a use of Sizzix from when I bough my first Sidekick machine then later moving on to the Bigshot and now the Bigshot plus - but with the dies becoming thinner and thinner my poor old Sidekick felt alone, underused dare I say neglected - if only Sizzix would bring out new more appropriate cutting plates I could still use it when going out to craft events etc,
Well Sizzix you've come up trumps and now my Sidekick is back in use all those small dies go through like a dream - renewing the life of a long dear friend was worth every penny and I love the colour
Now i can use my Older Red Sidekick to it's fullest potential! It now has a special place on my work surface. Thanks for having these cutting pads available.
Several uses left markings from the metal dies. But still usable. I already bought a back up pair when i got the original.
For longer dies i hope there would be a similar product, even just 8 inches.
These cute little cutting pads are a perfect fit for my Sidekick machine. I like how the translucent plastic is clear enough to see through, so you can be sure your dies are correctly in place. I've also grabbed them when I was in a hurry and used them as acrylic blocks for my clear stamps. The color is pretty, too! I would love to see different colors of cutting pads offered in this size & thickness.
So happy these came back in stock. It’s great to have some spares and I use my sidekick a lot for the small things. The turquoise color makes them easy to sport on my disaster of a workspace.

I have the new Tim Holtz alterations Sidekick. Will the Aqua plates work on this machine? I can't find replacements for the smoke color.

Can these plates be used with the Tim Holtz mini Sidekick in place of the black ones? Are they the same measurements? I need replacements and the aqua ones are a prettier color!

I'm curious if these cutting pads will fit in my WRMK mini evolution die cutting machine? Anyone ever tried it?

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend using another brand's plates in the mini evolution machine. While they may work, we have not tested them and cannot be certain.
