    • Quick release paper is a piece of paper that you add next to a die when die cutting. It is supposed to make your card stock release from the die easier. You would use it for more intricate dies that are harder to cut out. There are a number of different methods for releasing card stock from a die - such as using parchment paper that you can get in the grocery store. Run the die through your machine several times, rotating the plates to ensure that the pressure hits all over the die. You can also add a piece of scrap card stock to your cutting sandwich if needed to increase the pressure. Depending on your machine, the sandwich could be: Cutting Plate - Card Stock - Release Paper/Parchment - Die - Cutting Paper - Scrap Card Stock (if needed) By: kiki4n (10-Feb-21) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
