I am quite anal when it comes to organizing and labeling. I LOVE this punch. I do wish a few more of the sticker tabs were in the package for the price you pay for them, but I still love them nonetheless. I haven't even used them for scrapbooking yet. ♥

Can the punches made be used without the stickers?

Yes you can. You can use it an an indentation tab without any thing or punch out tabs and use double sided tape or adhesive to adhere the tabs to the page. The stickers are used only if you want the acrylic sturdy coverings over the tabs.
