SHCG: So fun... love all the patterns and the solor scheme. Your layering is fantastic. The only thing that isn't working for me is the mesh over the journalling... while i really like it, it makes it hard to read. Very nice. :)

SHCG - Wonderful page & challenge response, Marlene! I LUV all the colors, patterns & texture goin on here! Nice how you summed it all up in your journaling & accompanying pics (LOL at the photo of your DVR list as proof of your reality show preference!). Great pics overall. I like how you created a sort of mesh pocket to hold the journaling, but I also like Brenda's suggestion re: moving the mesh to the right where she said, so we could see the journaling better. Regardless, excellent work!

SHCG: Lots of cute pieces here, heart clip and brad, mesh, checkerboard and houndstooth flowers, pompon trim, and the various flower centers. I love the filmstrip quality to the photos (rubons or printed out that way?). My only critique is that the journaling is a little lost behind the mesh. I'd rather see the notebook page on top. If you really wanna show more of this mesh, it would also look good on the other page, above your photo block, on the b/w pp, and tucked behind the black flower. What I really like about this spread is that you used a lot of elements that are consistent in your style, as in the items mentioned above along with shimmer thickers and how you combine border punches harmoniously on a page, and then put them all into your All About Me album. Nice response to the BWC.
