Cool editing with the text - poor little guy looks soooo tired! My oldest was pretty worn out when we presented him with his cake, too - I had to coax him to eat :)

Way cute!!! I'm so happy he's doing well now too!! I had a preemie too, he's 31 yrs old now but I remember it just like it was yesterday!!

So cool! So glad he is doing well. My youngest was born at 32 weeks (nurses thought he was big lol--3 pounds 15 ounces) and came home at 2 weeks old which was so weird to me. I know many preemies spend many weeks in the NICU and my son was not in the norm. Hunter doesn't look too impressed in this pic lol. How funny!
