Our young cousin was the flower girl for my sister's wedding and we purchased her one of those lovely tutu dresses from Etsy. It was such a pretty dress that the photographer (one of our other cousins) had to take a photo just like she did with the wedding dress! I added a vintage button--one from a set I used to decorate the flower girl basket with--as well as Tim Holtz crinkle ribbon. I cut out the bistro lights using my Silhouette and used Glossy Accents to make the bulbs shiny and 3D. The tissue paper is from a gift my sister received for her wedding.
