I took the pics of me unrolling & pressing the fabric with the timer on my camera LOL - DH took the pics of buddy & me ;) journaling is hidden - due to space - behind the photo mat & pulls out with the ribbons..... journaling:This year I decided to make costumes for all of us. I figured that Brent & I could continue to be Vampires through the years even as Gabryel’s Halloween costume changes. Maybe I’ll even add to our outfits each year. I bought 10+yards of red & black satiny fabric - I think this is the most fabric of one kind that I have ever bought, and boy it was not an easy task to get it all pressed & laid out flat! All the capes are black, lined in red & I even used a fancy decorative stitch on the topstitching along the front panel. Gabryel was soooo excited that I was making vampire costumes and couldn’t believe that they we not finished immediately - hahaha Gabryel even helped me remove the pins before I sew on them, which really IS a great help.
