Give a Cheer
Inspired by Heidi Van Laar's card on page 60 of the September 2010 issue of Paper Crafts Magazine. I loved the scalloped edges and how clean her card design was. Not sure if I achieved it but I tried! I'm trying to build up my card stash again after donating a bunch to charity.
