I think it's a wonderful go. I watched the videos at the blog you sent me to. I don't know if I'm inspired to do it, but I at least get it now. I'm not an artist either, and I think I would rather spend my time getting photos done instead of doing a book that is so private. I have old journals already that I should burn before I die. LOL

The trick, believe it or not, is a paper crimper. ;-) The button in the center flower - my mom had a sweater years ago that she wore everywhere, until the elbows were just gone. When she threw the sweater out, she saved the buttons off it. I remember these buttons from when I was a LITTLE girl - like age six or so.

love the center piece on the big one.. I have tired that punch too for these flowers.. I have several in my PHOTO's album I really like the MS punch I use for them.. Like the heart one too. They are pretty!
