Beautiful page, I'm so glad you described how you made it. I've been wanting to use a shape like that in my LO's and thought i would have to buy some $400 machine to cut it for me! Now I just plan to buy a cardstock die cut already cut like that and trace it to cut out. Thanks for the inspiration!
An amazingly splendid creation, Vija! I just love all the fabulous work you did here! I have cousins in France; would love to visit there! Gorgeous, my sweet friend!
Wow! Gorgeous page! Been away from the site for a week or so and a bit overwhelmed trying to backtrack through my activity stream. Almost missed this one. Just clicked on favourites for the month and saw it. Definitely a favourite for me too.

One of the cafes in the Saint Germain district of Paris. This area is known as the Latin Quarter and was my favorite district in Paris....leafy streets, beautiful buildings, quaint cafes and cute shops. I can't believe in just over two weeks I will be there again! I blended some TH inks over the Parisian Antholgy paper and then traced a shape from anopther die cut paper to cut the shape out. Glued some lace on the back so it would peek out along the edges. The black branch I stamped on some kraft and then cut it out and punched out a few small butterflies. The larger butterfly was sent to me by my good friend Chez...thankyou!!!! TFL.
