Wow my mouth is hanging open because I am awe struck with the beauty of this page. You have reproduced the curtains like an extention of the photo. The colors are exquisite. LOVE IT!
Another gorgeous creation!1 You have many wonderful photo's to work with, all you have to do is create the piece!! I'm sure your family will treasure these forever.......
This is amazing as all your LO's are I love the tone on tone and the laces and trims you must spend a tremendous amount of time putting these lovely items together. You are so lucky to have these wonderful photos and knowledge of your family history. This is truly a work of art I hope you frame it
Gotta see this page in person. it is also intriguing to me. Your velvet dress pieces are such magnificent accents to give this LO such dimension. wow -to go through your completed projects and look at them would be a dream! gorgeous FAV. Also I love to see this color in your work - I think you are getting more comfortable adding color and experimenting. It is soooooooo effective and amazing.
Such an exquisite design for such an amazing photo!!!! Antique heaven....all of these precious vintage elements combine to make stellar heritage lo!!! FAVE!!
You are so lucky to have such amazing family photos going back so far. They way you scrap them certainly shows how much you love having them. The colours and textures really bring it to life
WOW, absolute perfection and what an amazing photo to have!! I am sending all my old photo's to you to scrap...lol!!! You are the Queen of heritage!! I just adore the lovely rich fabrics and trims you have used!! Absolutely love this!!
This layout is spectacular! I love the velvet and how you placed it! The rich colours look great with the photo too. The French title is very fitting and well thought out.
This is a photograph of my paternal Grandmother Parmelia Gagnon (nee Gagne) taken in 1891. My Grandmother is the seated young lady on the left, in the very front of the group. Two of the girls are unknown, but the girl standing on the far right is my Grandmother's sister, my grand aunt, Corine Gagne. The photo is rather intriguing to me, as both my Grandmother and her sister have their hair down and flowing, and the other girls do not! I wonder what that means??!! Anyway I think it is a wonderful photograph, I just love it! The title is The Rose and the Flowers, only in French, as that is the ancestry of my Grandmother, and her middle name was Rose. Again in this layout I used antique pieces, old bits of trim from antique dresses, antique silk velvets, antique flower trims, antique laces and beads and netting. Also inks and sprays were used.
