OH my goodness - the Halloween pictures are just neverending over here! I think I have one more of her just in her costume to do and I'm done - whew! LOL! I used Karen Foster patterned paper and all of my favorite letter stickers. I did have a really cool Rusty Pickle buckle on here that my friend Dana sent me, but I broke it in half trying to pry the belt thingie off - ugh! I'm so sorry, Dana! Hopefully this works ok - I thought it went with the stroller strap thing in the pics. My friend Susan Cyrus' lent me her G3 to take these pics of her parade. She also took the super cute pic of her on the first page and of our family on the second page - thank you!!!! Thanks to my friends Kelly and Elissa, too, for allowing me to see Kenzie's parade while they waited for me. You guys are the best! Journaling reads, “The week before Halloween, Mackenzie's school had a parade for all of the kids in the Child Development Center. They were going to parade around the cafeteria in Tom's office building and the parents were invited to come and see all of the children in their Halloween costumes. I actually had friends in from out-of-town that day, but I was determined to make it there to see Mackenzie in her very first Halloween parade (even though we were over an hour away rescuing a friend whose car had broke down that afternoon). When I ran up to the building, Tom was outside waiting for me, so I quickly checked-in and we took our place with the rest of the parents in the cafeteria. I was so excited to see Mackenzie in the ladybug costume our neighbors, Heather and Joe, had given her. She looked adorable riding in the front row of the massive stroller with her classmates. Miss Margaret said that the minute they put her costume on her, she didn't act quite like herself. I was hoping she would be thrilled to see me, but she was so entranced watching all of the other kids in their Halloween costumes that it was hard to keep her attention. She did manage to point at me, as if to say, ”You're here!“ It was definitely an experience for her - one that I wouldn't have missed for the world!” PS - The two pages stitched together terribly, they are seamless IRL. Thanks! Heather
