I did my goal of 5 cards, YEAH! I decided to use scraps and already stamped images for my cards this month. It sure made the card making go faster. Three of the cards used techniques.The first deer's background was made by patting white card stock with a Versa Mark ink pad, sprinkling on Pearl UT embossing powder and heating from underneath. I then sponged blue and purple inks over it.The running deer's background was made by swiping acrylic paint across the card. I then put bubble wrap around a brayer , ran the brayer lightly through white acrylic paint and lightly rolled it across the card in places.The last technique with the snowman was done by stamping the image and coloring it. I then ran it through the xyron machine, placed a usede dryer sheet over it and rubbed in glitter to make a frosty look. I then colored some over the top of the image to make it stand out more.
