For this week's In the mood to scrap video I am doing a very interesting technique: working with Impasto. Taking my inspiration from a very romantic mood-board, I wholeheartedly agree with Violet Crawley, Dowager Countess of Grantham from Downton Abbey “There is no success such as excess” where all the excess in this page comes from texture.
